CAP Construction and Environmental, LLC was founded by Jesse Pina in 2005. Jesse served his country in the Air Force where he was trained and licensed to remove asbestos. Soon after, he took a position with an environmental company where he continued his proficiency with asbestos sampling and removal.

Jesse quickly climbed the ladder from asbestos worker to lead to supervisor and, finally, to project manager for environment work. During his time with the environmental company, he also gained experience and knowledge with indoor air quality (mold remediation) and lead abatement.

After 13 years with the company, Jesse’s next move was his biggest yet – he opened his own company.
